Our clients experience a feeling of peace of mind as we help them create individuals strategic personal and business plan. On a day-to-day basis we offer full and comprehensive accounting, services that help our clients save money, become debt free, and reduce their tax liability. Our clients also achieve a tremendous sense of balance, focus, and confidence as it relates to their financial security as we implement retirement and financial plans based on fixed equity index products in the development of our concept called The Family Bank. The Family Bank is a concept that involves all of our products and services together and it is the process that eliminates risk and unpredictability for our clients businesses and stabilizes their financial future."
The vision of CFG
According to Pearce and Robinson (2009), a vision statement "presents the firm's strategic intent designed to focus the energies and resources of the company on achieving a desirable future" (p. 1016).
The vision statement of CFG is:
"CFG and our clients will create and expand the concept of the Family Bank by continually offering personal and business excellence by being recognized as the premier consulting firm. This embodies asset protection plans, financial plans, life insurance and fixed equity index-based products. Our organization will maintain a small staff of approximately 10 employees that are experts in small medical clinics, accounting, and estate planning. Based on our integrity, innovation, and professionalism, we will have a continual stream of quality referrals from our loyal clients."
Guiding principles
Because I have experienced personally the death of close loved ones and seeing families fall into financial devastation, we operate by a set of guiding principles that encompass the constitution that directs our every actions and decisions.
